· Conclusión
El aceite de soja es un tipo común de
aceite de cocina que ha sido asociado
con varios beneficios para la salud. En
particular, puede ayudar a promover
la salud de la piel, reduce los niveles
de colesterol, previene la pérdida ósea
y proporciona ácidos grasos Omega-3
importantes. Además, tiene un punto de
humo más elevado y un sabor neutro,
que facilitan su incorporación en una
variedad de recetas como parte de una
dieta saludable.
